The Ministry of Agriculture collects and processes data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (“Official Gazette”, number 42/18).

The Ministry of Agriculture implements adequate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of personal data in order to protect them from loss, alteration and unauthorized access.

The storage terms are defined by the legal obligations of the Ministry of Agriculture and other competent authorities.
