Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/220 of 3 February 2015 laying down rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009 setting up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Union as last amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 2020/1652 of November 4 2020 (OJ L 372, November 9, 2020) amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/220 laying down rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009 setting up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Union (OJ L 372, 9.11.2020.) 

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/220 Consolidated text: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/220 of 3 February 2015 laying down rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009 on the establishment of a system for the collection of accounting data on income and business activities of agricultural holdings in the European Union (1.1.2021.)

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/220 is repealed with effect from 1 January 2025., but shall continue to apply in respect of the accounting years prior to 2025.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2746 of 25 October 2024 laying down rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009 setting up the Farm Sustainability Data Network and repealing Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/220.

It shall apply from the reporting year 2025.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2145 of 21 October 2025 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2746 laying down rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009 setting up the Farm Sustainability Data Network and repealing Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/220.

Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009 setting up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Community. Last amended by Regulation (EU) no. 2023/2674 of November 22 2023 on amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009 as regards conversion of the Farm Accountancy Data Network into a Farm Sustainability Data Network.

Delegated Commission Regulation (EU) no. 2024/1417  of 13 March 2024 supplementing Council Regulation (EC) No 1217/2009 setting up the Farm Sustainability Data Network with rules for annual income determination, holding sustainability analysis and access to data for research purposes, and repealing Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1198/2014.
